BIO Pasta Bolognese With Lentils

A vegan lentil Bolognese dish for a delicious and wholesome meal.





Obviously, we recommend the use of organic ingredients.


300 g Schär BIO Spaghetti Cereal
1 clove of garlic
1 red onion
2 tbsp olive oil
400 g tomato pulp
200 g red lentils
400 ml water
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cane sugar
1 pinch/es of black pepper
For serving:
fresh herbs


  • Finely chop the peeled garlic clove and red onion and cook together with olive oil for a few minutes (medium heat).
  • Add the tomato pulp, lentils and water.
  • Let simmer for 20 min.
  • Season with red vinegar, salt, cane sugar and black pepper.
  • Cook for 10 min.
  • In the meantime, cook the Spaghetti Cereal for 9 min. in salted water.
  • Serve the Spaghetti Cereal with the lentil sauce and top with fresh herbs.
